HOW CAN I JOIN THE JT LOYALTY PROGRAM AND RECEIVE THE JT CARD?
Spend a minimum of Baht 5,000 and be a member by paying a processing fee of Baht 150, or join with an application fee of Baht 300, complete our application form and hand it over to any of our customer services staff to register your application.

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP?
There are four membership levels within the Jim Thompson Loyalty Program: the entry level JT Card, JT Privilege Card, JT Heritage Card and JT Prestige Card. The JT Privilege, JT Heritage and JT Prestige cards are premium cards which entitles card members to store discounts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
Normally it will take 15 days to process your application.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
If your personal details change, you may advise us by:
(1) Contacting our call center at +662 700-2000 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
(2) Email to us at thejtcard@jimthompson.com
(3) Complete a "Change of Details Form" at any of our stores
Please allow at least 5 working days for the change of your personal details to be processed.

HOW CAN I GET DISCOUNTS ON MY PURCHASES IF I AM A PREMIUM CARD MEMBER?
Discount entitlements depend on the levels of membership and apply to regular priced items only. Therefore, card discounts are not valid at factory sales outlets, BITEC Sales and duty free stores and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and special events. Please present your JT Card to the cashiers when making payment.

CAN I LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY USE MY JT CARD FOR SPENDING ACCUMULATION AND DISCOUNTS?
No. Your membership card is for your personal use and is non-transferable.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCUMULATE SPENDING WHEN I PURCHASE SALE ITEMS?
You may accumulate your spending on sale items. In case of certain temporary sales, Jim Thompson may determine from time to time that spending accumulation does not apply.

IF I FORGET TO BRING MY JT CARD WILL I BE ABLE TO RECORD MY SPENDING OR GET DISCOUNTS ON MY PURCHASES?
Yes. For card member security, you will be required to provide our customer services staff with your name, address and identification in order for them to find your membership details.

HOW CAN I KNOW ABOUT MY ACCUMULATED SPENDING?
You can check your accumulated spending by visiting our all stores or contacting our call center on +662 700-2600 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri). Please allow two (2) working days for your spending to be updated on our system.

WILL MY ACCUMULATED SPENDING EXPIRE?
Yes. All unused spending beyond a twelve-month period will expire. Spending accumulation is only valid for the period of the past twelve months, so you should check your spending balance to help you maintain your membership level and achieve upgrades.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY SPENDING BALANCE IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
If you are given to any refunds according to our store policy, the amount refunded will be deducted accordingly from your spending balance.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY SPENDING BALANCE IF I LOSE MY CARD?
You must report the loss immediately. We will transfer your balance to your replacement card when it is issued to you.
